Working at La Scuola

Talented individuals come from around the globe to work at La Scuola where they obtain first-hand experience in our unique blend of International Baccalaureate (IB) learning, and the Reggio Emilia and Language Immersion approaches.

We are a curious, open-minded and driven team that believes children’s questions must be taken seriously, that a child can speak 100 languages and that joy and beauty are human rights.

We are invested in innovative education that will inspire our students to thrive in the 21st century.  Through meaningful relationships, we see purposeful learning in a community characterized by joy, connection, and curiosity. Learning is a lifelong passion and process for students, faculty and staff alike.

What Our Teachers Say...

"La Scuola is the reason why I moved here and it was one of the best decisions that I've made in my entire life! La Scuola is a very unique space, where you can be yourself and you can find a warm and  welcoming community that supports you every time. Working at La Scuola is helping me grow in so many different ways and I'll always be grateful for this opportunity. I rediscovered the joy of teaching, the  natural curiosity in researching and inquiring with the children and the richness of childhood. Embracing the Reggio Emilia philosophy, La Scuola is a special place where children can find their personal ways to express their ideas, theory and emotions and where they feel valued for that."
– Stefano, Preschool Teacher  & Pedagogical Coordinator, Silicon Valley Campus
