La Scuola is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School and is recognized as an Italian Accredited School ("Scuola Paritaria") abroad by the Ministry of Education in Italy. Students are not required to speak Italian to enroll in preschool, Kindergarten, Grade 1 and Grade 6. Students applying to Grades 2 to 5 as well as Grades 7 and 8 are evaluated on a case by case basis during the admissions process. For Grades 6-8, both Italian and Spanish classes are differentiated according to proficiency –– beginner/intermediate or advanced. |
