The Parents Association of La Scuola (PALS) works collaboratively with La Scuola faculty and staff to support and facilitate programming, experiences, ideas, and opportunities that welcome, engage, and foster the La Scuola community and support the school's mission to inspire brave learners to shape the future.
La Scuola has a long and rich history of parent involvement and participation from its early beginnings as an Italian language playgroup. Since then, the school has grown and evolved to include more than 250 families at three campuses and we continue to have a strong culture of participation. Parents contribute over 10,000 hours of their time per year.
All La Scuola parents are PALS members. Parents are encouraged to share their talents, interests, and passions and to get involved in a way that is possible and meaningful for their family.
How to get involved
Parents can choose to engage in a variety of ways from leadership roles, to one-time volunteer activities in class or for events, or ongoing on- or off-campus support depending on their skills, interests, and schedules. There are roles for everyone and all volunteer contributions are deeply appreciated.
