Extended Day & Camps

Registration 
Registration is open now and will remain open throughout the school year, taking into consideration space availability.

Extended Care Hours:
Monday to Friday: from 3:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. | We offer Wednesday morning care from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. with prior registration. 

Registration Options:
5 days/week:   $6,500
3 days/week:   $4,600  

Daily drop-in: 
Daily drop-in requests can be placed from 24 hours in advance up to the same day, no later than 10:00 a.m., at a rate of $50/day. Please email extendedcare@lascuolasf.org for drop-in requests.

Pick-up
Pick-up will take place at the school's main entrance on 18th Street. We appreciate your partnership in picking up your child(ren) on time.  In the case of lateness, notify the school’s staff of your expected pick-up time, by calling the main line, (415) 551-0000 and/or emailing extendedcare@lascuolasf.org. 

Late fees will be charged in all instances after a grace period of five (5) minutes. Any pick-up after the first five-minute grace period will be charged the base rate of $75. Beyond 15 minutes after pick-up time, an additional $2 per minute will be added. The base rate of $75 applies to the first five (5) late pick-ups. On the 6th, late pickup and beyond, the base fee increases to  $100, and beyond 15 minutes after pick up time, an additional $2 per minute will be added. If your child is at La Scuola outside his/her regular extended care schedule, an additional drop-in fee will be charged.

Afternoon Snack
La Scuola will provide afternoon snacks and healthy treats such as apples, carrots, string mozzarella cheese, and other organic snacks. Everything is nut-free. Food allergy information/restrictions are on file and shared with staff. 

Payment
Payments will be processed through Clarity, over 10 payments beginning in September. Please contact businessoffice@lascuolasf.org if you have any specific questions about charges. Students enrolled in SST will receive the same percentage discount on extended care as they do on their tuition, as long as they are registered for either the 3-day or 5-day extended care option. Please note that the SST discount does not apply to drop-in extended care.
