Ways to Give

La Scuola relies on the generosity of our community to sustain our outstanding Preschool and K-8 programs. Tuition alone does not cover the cost of a La Scuola education. In Bay Area Independent schools, fundraising makes up anywhere from 6% – 15% of the school’s annual operating budget. At La Scuola, we strive for 10% to take our program from exceptional to transformational.

Tuition is set with the expectation that the school will have 100% participation in the Annual Fund. This practice benefits families by keeping tuition at affordable levels for all and allowing each family the opportunity to invest in the school with a tax-deductible contribution instead of paying higher tuition. The only gift that is too small is the one that was never given. The key is to participate at a level that is meaningful for your family.
